and decided to play it up.
I had plenty of black and white print scraps left over from other
projects so I got them out and had some fun.
The musical note fabric comes from Joann Fabrics. The last time I was
in there they still had it. Look for it by the quilting fabrics.

Gather the parts and pieces that
will make up your decorations
Seperate the front from the back
Position the transfer where you
Use a decorative stitch to add
interest to the edges
Add some detail to your toe
Sew the front and back together again
Measure around cuff top, add 5-6
inches. Hem and run a gather stitch.
Add bias edge to ruffle top
Make a rosette for the cuff. Notice my musical note fabric peeking out
at the rosettes center.
